DHE services Dell out-of-warranty repair center. We only use Dell factory compliant components to service your Dell computer or server if it ever needs authorized service. Our labor  is warrantied for a period of 90 days from date of completion, and parts are warrantied for a period of 90 days as well.

Please call before 2pm MDT to assure timely shipment. After receipt: Drop it off at a UPS Store or any UPS carrier ASAP and it ships back to DHE quickly for complete comprehensive diagnosis. All for $79, including protective padded foam box for safe shipping.

Remember. Use our provided return label and box,  Take your Desktop or Notebook to the local UPS Store in your area and we handle the rest!

Labor charges are NEVER more than $109.00 + wholesale Dell pricing of parts required to repair the unit.

We will email or fax you a prepaid label, just bring your packaged notebook or laptop computer to the nearest UPS Store and it ships back to our office UPS 2nd Day AIR Freight. As soon as the unit is repaired, we will ship it back to you UPS 2nd Day AIR Freight
